Lauren Adams General Manager
 Lauren is a longtime resident of Unalaska. During her four years at Unalaska Community Broadcasting, she's produced more than 100 episodes of Flash! Unalaska, our weekly news and information program. Her Unalaska-based video work has also appeared on national news broadcasts, as well as documentaries. Lauren recently made the leap to managing UCB, and is enjoying the challenge.Email Lauren Charles Homans News Director  News Director Charles Homans joined KIAL in June 2006 after working as a newspaper and wire service reporter in Wyoming and Washington, DC. His reporting from Unalaska has also appeared on National Public Radio's All Things Considered and Weekend Edition and National Native News, and in the Associated Press. He was born and raised in Minnesota.Email Charles Daniel Weirich Radio Operations/Music Manager  Having worked as a live musician for over 30 years, camping behind the microphone at KIAL is a natural transition. Daniel has worked as a producer, sound engineer, song writer & performer, studio producer and created two CDs of original music. He has produced episodes of Flash! Unalaska and his independant video projects can be found at outlets around the island. Daniel's diversity is a valuable asset to UCB. Still performing music and teaching private music lessons offers a well-balanced mix of work and pleasure.
